hi there,
do sections come with a specific permalink? (for linking sections)

Hi there,
in each Section > Settings you have a Custom ID field. In here you can add the unique ID.
eg. section-1
Then you can target that section with an on page link like so:
<a href="#section-1">Link to section 1</a>
