Secondary navigation displays in footer

Hi there, returning issue, my footer disappears, as long does my navigation menu widget in the footer bar, when the child theme is deactivated. All settings regarding the footer are not remembered, despite what I have been told.

But never mind, the problem is, that when I recreate my setup, the footer navigation displays, both in the footer, and the footer bar which is not intentional.

How do I get my secondary navigation out of my footer, to only appear in my footer bar?

I have a footer element to control where the footer should be displayed, but I can't see this should be causing the issue.

And what happens if you remove the widget from your "Footer Bar" widget area?

Yes, issue fixed, sorry, my fault, I was mixing up the Footer Bar with the Footer.
