Secondary navigation colours can no longer be changed

Since updating to 3.1.0 and GP Premium: 2.1.1 we can no longer alter the colours of the secondary menu. I have tried going via Customising > Layout > Secondary Navigation and selecting Colours but nothing happens. Typography and Backgrounds options both still work. When trying to go through Customising Colours there is only an option to edit the Primary Navigation.
An update came in about 30 minutes after I submitted this and all seems fixed.
