Secondary navigation and top bar button... on the same line

Hello.
I have a secondary navigation menu above the header and above the secondary navigation I have the top bar with a buttin that is in a text widget.
My question is... can the secondary navigation and button be on the same line???
They are currently one above another, but I would like them on the same line with one on the left and ther other on the right.
