Secondary Menu Not Showing in Some Pages

Hi,
I have set secondary menu and located it 'below header'.
It is successfully showing on some pages, but also not showing on some pages. Its weird.
Please help me.

can you provide a link to a page where the Secondary Nav is NOT showing.
