Secondary Menu not alligning properly

I am trying to adjust the height of the secondary menu. But I am unable to do it properly also I am unable to vertically center each of the individual menu items.
Whenever I open the page, it looks ok, but after browsing a few pages, the menu becomes like the above image.

Hi there,
The height of the secondary nav menu is set through it's Menu Item Height settings on Appearance > Customize > Layout > Secondary Navigation. This particular setting applies to all the menu items so you don't have to individually adjust.
I checked the site you've linked and I wasn't able to see this issue.
Any chance you can link us to the specific page where this occurs so we could check? Let us know.

When i browse few pages or resize my browser, sometimes it alligns badly.
Also, The individual menu items are not vertically centered.
And the Active menu itme falls out of the Secondary menu as shown in the above image.
Please help

when we check the site the menu items are vertically centred. can you check your site in a private browser ( not in the Customizer )
