Secondary Menu Location

This may be a simple fix but I am wanting to place the secondary menu right above the footer. Will I have to use GP Hooks to do so?

Hi there,
First, set your secondary menu to the "Before Header" position.

Hmm, did not see the "Before Header" Position on the Secondary Menu options. Right now it's set for Below Header.
I added the code to the the child Function.php.
The secondary menu is still, well, below the header?
I think I've done this before, just can't fins anything in my notes or support thread. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sorry, try setting it to "Above Header".
