Secondary menu appears on page twice

Hi I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, but the secondary menu appears below the post grid and at the top of the site. I just have it set to show at the top of the site. Hoping I'm maybe doing something dumb?

Hi there,
the Dispatch site from the GP Site Library uses a Hook Element to add the Secondary Navigation below the header element.
Go to Appearance > Elements - look for and delete the hook titled Secondary Navigation.
