[Support request] Secondary Images on Element Woocommerce Pages

Do you have solutions or ideas as to why the “hover” image on woocommerce product build with Elementor is too large.

If you look at our homepage on Chrome, you see that the secondary image covers the title.

I am not sure what is causing this. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Or does the issue happen when using a Twenty series WP theme?

I haven’t tested it on wordpress’s default theme so I don’t know. I haven’t contacted elementor as of yet.

I thought it interesting that this issue only occurs on some of the products with a secondary image. The personal training and open gym products do not have this issue. Indicating that there must be something different about the secondary image or product to cause the problem.

Hi there,

using the Crossfit product as an example.
The 2 images have a different aspect ratio.
The primary image is square eg. 800 x 800px.
Whereas the secondary hover image is 750 x 800px.

There are similar differences in aspect ratios for all products that have the hover image overlapping.

Can you check if the images attached to those products have the same aspect ratio ?
