Second scroll to the top icon has appeared?

Hi,
A second scroll to the top control has appeared on the home page (grey) which is visible as soon as you go to the page. The one I had implemented only appears when you scroll, so not sure where this one has come from. Has it come from GP?
Hi there,
The other one (grey colored) isn't coming from GP. It's hard to tell where it's coming from as everything is masked by cached plugin (SG optimizer) but looking at its element class, it seems to come from "EB TOC" plugin.
