But there is still some problems in search result.

For example, check "зупрево".

Yes. Only on the search page. I found it only with "зупрево" and "поросята" results. That's all :)

It happens when words are too long.
Maybe, is there any way to move column a little bit left?)

To fix your first problem, try this:

.masonry-post {
    margin-bottom: 12px;
}

To fix your second problem, try this CSS:

.inside-grid-column ul {
    margin: 0;
}
