[Support request] Search Menu in TopBar

I have placed a small menu in the top bar and would like to include search in the menu, but not in the main menu area. How do I go about doing that?

The top bar allows any kind of widget, so you could just add the search widget to it.

Are you going for a specific look?

Thanks, and yes. I would like a font-awesome icon as part of a row of other fa-icons to initiate search and not a search box. Very much like to the search function in the primary navigation.

Currently it’s not possible to replicate the primary navigation search in the secondary navigation search. I will be improving that feature to make it possible soon though.
