search icon (magnifying glass) not showing in nevigation.

have you enabled the Navigation Search in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation ?

Your site is running AMP - and for some reason those templates are being used even on desktop versions.
Anyway - with the AMP pages the Navigation Search won't work as it requires JS. You would need to add Search Widget to one of the widget areas in your site.
