ok followed those steps, including adding the css class to Grow.Me dashboard but the Grow.me Search Integration isn't being triggered.
Also, how can i make it so the search icon is black colour with white background to match the other menu bar items. On desktop it seems to be okay but on mobile device it's not visible.
i also noticed the search box below the footer has disappeared since disabling GP search modal, however, now there is white space below the footer. how can i remove the white space?
Hi Fernano, I have added the search icon to the navigation menu and it is all working now with Grow.Me Site Search Integration.
However, I would like to change the positioning slightly.
On desktop, I would like to have more of a gap between the search icon and the menu bar item "Photography" and I would like to add a hover feature like the other menu bar items.
On mobile, I would like to have more of a gap between the hamburger icon drop-down menu.
You can add a margin to your GB Button Block. Reference: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/spacing-options-overview/
You can specify a specific margin per view by clicking on either the mobile, tablet, or desktop icons on top of the Block settings.
I added margin but nothing changed on the front end, I cleared cache and tried different browsers too.
I would also like to add a hover feature like the other menu bar items. Is there some css for this?
What are you currently seeing? This is what I'm seeing with caching disabled through /?nocache: https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbuDDAYl
As for the Hover effect, do you have GB Pro?
how can i share a screenshot with you?
the image you shared is not how i want the search icon to appear. I don't want a black background and white colour search icon. I want a clear or white background and black colour search icon to match the other menu bar items.
I believe i have GB pro, not sure how to check this?
Try adding /?nocache at the end of your URL when accessing the link to test.
For the hover effect, can you open a new topic here instead?: https://generate.support/
