Search field conflicts with menu and logo

Hi there,
I have the search icon placed in the header. However, when using the input field the search text conflicts with the menu. Here om desktop: https://www.screencast.com/t/0St2cTbMx4h

How can the search input field be replaced?
Hi there,
the default setting for the Navigation Search is to overlay the navigation
Have you tried changing its colors in Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation ?
