Search button text missing

Changing to SVG in the customizer now displays the icon in the search button, so we are getting there...
How can the text now be changed, instead of the icon to have it say "Search" ?

I did some research and looks like Tom used CSS solution as well:

Thanks Leo, so there is no filter or customizer option to change the text in the search button or input field?
