Search box not showing?

I am trying to add a search box to my website, but for some reason, the search form box is not showing.

I have put in two separate searches on my site

The top search with the green search magnifying glass is a plugin from "Site Search 360". As you can see, the search button appears, but not the search box.

One paragraph below that, I put in another search box from the blocks "search" block. You can see it also doesn't show any form.

What do I need to fix?

Hi Jefferey,

I could be wrong but I don't believe either of these issues are caused by GeneratePress.

Can you try activating a twenty series WP theme to see if the issue exists there as well?

Let me know :)

Hey Leo,

I just activated it, the search box is actually there now.

Any thoughts? I'll leave it up for a little bit, just tell me when I should switch it back.

Jeff

I'm still seeing the theme as GP currently with my browser cache cleared.

Can you double check?

Thanks for reminding me - just cleared my cache

Ok yes I can see them now.

Next step, can you switch back to GeneratePress, then temporarily comment out all the CSS you've added in the Additional CSS field in the customizer?

That field is attached to the theme itself so they are not there when you switch to a WP theme.

Make sure you clear and disable the caching plugin for now:

Leo. You are a magician. Thank you. I guess I just need to figure out which part of my css is causing the issue. Thank you!

No problem :)
