Scrolling text overlay on featured image

I am looking to add some text overlay on a featured image
but i need it to be alternating or scrolling with 4 different
sentences! is this possible?

it would like it over the map of the world....

I think your best bet would be to use some sort of slider plugin. Maybe Smart Slider 3?

Otherwise it would involve some pretty complicated coding.

yes i will try a slider. i was having an issue
which led me to ask for this solution.
