Scroll to top not working

Hi,
Smooth scroll works as i use it for table of contents but the scroll to top button that appears when you start to scroll down is not working?
I have been thru and turned off each individual plugin but it doesn't seem to help.
Can you guide me as to what I am doing wrong?
Im sure it used to work.

Hi Robert,
Can you try temporarily disabling all non-GP plugins once more, and we’ll check how it goes from our end?
It would be good to take a backup of your site before doing so.
If you have a staging site, perhaps we can do some testing there instead.

I had turned off the plugins OFF one by one but actually found that turning them all off sorted the problem. Turns out two other plugins together caused the issue.
