Hello, thank you for creating this awesome theme. From past two days, I am facing a strange problem. Whenever I am trying to scroll website with mouse, It takes, two or three scroll to scroll down. My scroll button is working fine. I checked this on other websites. Same when I am trying to scroll my website in mobile, It feel like header/hero is stuck. I mean at least I have to scroll two times with my thumb, then website will scroll. I don't know what is happening. Can you please check it out. Website link is in private dashboard.
thank you.

Hi there,

your site is running some Javascript that is interfering with the scrolling.
Disable all other plugins aside from GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to see which plugin is the cause.

Hi david, thank you for your reply.
Currently I am using 8 plugin on my site.
Name of those plugins are
1. GP premium
2. GB free
3. GB Pro
4. Piotnet Form free
5. Piotnet form pro
6. Wordfence
7. Wp show post
8. Sweep

What should I do now? Is there any way to fix this issue with css? or is there anyway I can find which and where js is creating this issue?
Thank you.

Can you disable all the other plugins so we can see if one of them is causing an issue.

Hello david, thank you for your reply. I have disabled all other plugins. Now only three plugins is activated. These three plugins are GP Premium, GenerateBlock free, GenerateBlock Pro. But this problem is still happening. Can you please now check why this is happening?
Thank you.

Hi Yogesh,

Something seems to be added this script. .../cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/h/g/scripts/invisible.js

I believe your site is being served through a CDN? (Cloudflare)

Can you try disabling Bot fight mode and clear CDN's cache? And check again to see if the scrolling issue still occurs. Let us know.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I have deactivated bot fight mode. Now what should I do? This problem is still happening. Can you please check it. May be I am wrong or may be you come back with almighty solution. Thank you.

OK - can you remove this CSS that you have in Additional CSS:

html,  body {
    overflow-x: hidden;
}

Hello david, thank you so much. It worked. problem is solved. But I have one question in mind. What if any overflow issue I face in future? Should I add this css code again or I have to redesign page and avoid css? Thank you.

If you use the Full Width Content Container in the theme and DO NOT USE the full width options in Block Toolbar then there should be no reason for overflow. If it does occur then we can take a look to help pinpoint the issue

Thank you. Problem solved. Closing topic.
