Scroll Back Lenght

Hi there.

How can I get the "Scroll Back to Top" arrow/button to appear further down? say at 75% of the page´s lenght? ATM appears almost immediatelly after starting scrolling down.

Can this be done using just css?

Thank you Leo.

Would be great if we could set it up to appear at a certain percentage of the scrolling down instead of a length in pixels, so it would appear at the same proportional position on any page no matter how "long/tall" it was. If that is even possible let me know.
