Screen-capture-to-video utility you use?

I like how you illustrate the documentation with videos that capture what's happening on the screen. I need to demonstrate to Jay Ovens-Henig a subtle conflict between of two his plugins. Do you mind sharing the name of the utility you use? Is it easy to pick up and use? Steep learning curve? Thoughts?

Both should be pretty easy to use.
