Does Generate Press by default apply schema.org code when entering text/copy on each page?

Hi there,
no. The only schema markup the theme adds is within specific theme elements for example the Navigation.
So would it be recommended to add the Schema.org Plugin?
If you need to add scheme thats relevant to your content then yes you would want to use a schema or JSON-LD plugin or most SEO plugins will do it for you.
