Scaling issues

I am another newbie looking for some assistance. I am using GP Premium and designed an initial layout for my website which looked alright on my iMac. It also seemed to look fine when accessed on an iPad or through several mobile devices. However, when I pull it up on a Windows based laptop it scales all differently. The header and photo used at the top of the post consume the screen. I'm not very good with code and that's likely the problem. You can have a look at the website at http://www.untravelit.com. Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
Hi there,
The site should look the same whether it's on Mac or Windows.
I would say that your logo image is too big: http://untravelit.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Logomakr_2eW8kd.png
I would recommend using WordPress Edit Media to scale it smaller than reupload it in Site Identity.

Also it doesn't look you would need any header padding as well so you can set them to 0: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-padding/
Let me know if this helps :)
