Scaled image in GTM

Hi there,
I am getting below message in GT matrix page speed
https://www.growthfunda.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/9-5-job-free-life.jpg is resized in HTML or CSS from 730x400 to 266x146. Serving a scaled image could save 27.7KiB (86% reduction).
Could you pls help to resolve.
This means the image is 730px wide, but it's being displayed at 266px wide.
You can remove the message by resizing the image to 266px wide. However, this might not look good on mobile (or anything where the image isn't floating/is stacked on a screen wider than 266px).
