Scale Header Image to fit on Mobile

Hello, Is there a way for my header image to be scaled down to show in its entirety on a mobile phone so it looks the same as it does on a computer. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hi there,
in the Header Element you can reduce the Top and Bottom padding for Mobile. Doing so will reduce the height of the header element and you should see more of the image.
