Says "sample page" instead of "menu" on desktop header nav bar

When I preview what my site looks like in different devices, the navigation bar says "menu" for tablet and mobile view, but it says "sample page" on the desktop view.
How can I get it to say what I want in all three views?
Hi Jake,
Sounds like you haven't set a theme location for your menu yet:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#setting-a-theme-location
If this doesn't help can you provide a link to your site? Thanks!
Under the menu settings display location, when I checked the primary box, the "sample page" went away completely and there is no "menu" icon at all on desktop but it still shows on tablet and mobile versions.
When I check the secondary box or slider boxes it goes back to the way it was, with a "sample page" on the primary navigation bar that turns to "menu" in tablet and mobile modes.
I would ideally like it to say "Menu" on the desktop version too instead of "sample page" or nothing at all. Am I unable to do this or misunderstanding best practices for some reason?
my url is fitnessandhappinessforall.com
Thanks
You could set the Slide-out navigation to Desktop + mobile, then set your theme location to primary and keep the menu empty: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/activating-slide-out-navigation/
