GP doesn't do anything with the WP Cron system or scheduling, so I don't think it would be GP related.

You can try deactivating other plugins to see if one of them may be causing it.

I have disable several plugins but not help then i install wp-crontrol and when i go to WP-Cron Events
there is a message with red.
There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was: Unexpected HTTP response code: 429
At the moment i use child theme activated not know if can be related,please help if you can i m nub in all this.
I will try to contact again host because last time they say is not server side problem but some plugin well i doub't.

It's more than likely a server/hosting thing.

A theme/child theme couldn't do that to your site, so it's either a plugin or your server - most likely your server.

I have solved with my friend he told me to add this line to wp config file and it worked.
define('ALTERNATE_WP_CRON', true);
It seems host disabled wp-cron for some reason maybe to limit resources usage but they will not tell.
