S in top menu bar on left side in service in the site library

I am trying to get rid of the S in the top left menu bar in the Service site in the site library. I have searched through documentation and the website and cannot find anywhere to get rid of it.

Can you go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity, and replace the logo there?
