rules for displaying in header elements

Hola,
Heading Element Type does not feature the Rules for Display and Internal Notes section.
I am comparing between 2 sites where I use GeneratePress Premium Elements.

The arrows in the image for Site Two indicate the options that are missing from Site One.
Can you help me?

can you check for Plugin Conflicts by temporarily disabling all other plugins apart from GP Premium
