Rule of exclusion with regular expression in 'Elements' type header

Hi,

I have created a header type Elements to display the title on all pages with a blue background.

Right now I have it excluded on the home page but I would like to exclude it on pages with pager when the variable get 'page' is equal to or greater than 2. I think that through this panel you cannot make such a rule, but , Would there be any code snippet to include in functions.php?
