Right Bar still visible on blog post

Even though I set the blog to have no sidebar on single article, it still displays.
What's wrong?

It's not live, unfortunately. Should I be looking for something in specific?
Hmm couple guesses:
- Can you make sure the Sidebar Layout of that page is set to Global?
