RH column widget backgounds

Hi Tom

Could you look at this for me? I doubt it's a GP problem, more likely something I'm doing wrong, but I can't fix it.

I'm having trouble getting the same elements to behave in the same way. If you check out the Funders panels (RH column on these pages) you'll see:
A how I want it to look (white full width centered area for logos, topped by a full width heading bar), and
B with exactly the same CSS, on this page there's a gap below the heading and the white panel isn't full width

Do you think this this happening because the B panels aren't 'full'? Maybe a blank gif would fix it the width, but I don't understand why a gap appears above the white bg panel.
