Reuseable block

If I want to create a re-usable block to insert into old blog posts, where do I initially create the block? Do I just create it on any old blog post, and then save to reuseable and insert as needed?
Or do I create a new blog post, create the block, save as reusable and then save the post as a draft (not published)?

Hi there,
you can create them anywhere you want, and after they are saved as a reusable block you can even delete the original.
I would probably add it to one of the posts that you want to update, so you can preview it in place.
