Reusable blocks

I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I created a few sections that appear on multiple pages so after I designed them I went ahead and turned them into reusable blocks so I can easily add them elsewhere. I now realized I want to make a styling change to this section but now that it is a "reusable block" its now longer allowing me to edit the contents as far as the grid settings etc. In this case I'm looking to adjust the size of the grid inside this reusable block for mobile devices but once it was turned into a reusable block I lost all ability to edit the contents?
All I am able to do is convert to html or change the name of the block. Am I missing something or is there any way to edit the settings for a block after its become a reusable block? Thanks!!

I am also having the same issue. When saved as a reusable block, I no longer have access to the block settings. The panel just says "No block selected".

Reusable Blocks lock all block settings in the Post Editor.
If you want to edit a reusable block - go to the 3 dot menu on the top bar and select Manage all reusable blocks. You can then edit each of your reusable blocks and they will update across your entire site.
