Reusable blocks not appearing icons

Hey guys, I have a reusable blocks in my website that is for a product box listing pros and cons. On this reusable block I have icons, but went I go to use them on the a new article I'm publishing the simply don't appear automatically.
I have the same reusable block for different websites and it's just this one website that they are not appearing,

If I try exactly what she did in the video, the icons will show up after publishing. Could this be a problem with her computer?
Also please check the private information, I've included more references there and login info.
The Reusable block feature is a WP core feature and I can't see how this would be a GP related issue at all.
Does the same situation happen when using a Tnwety series WP theme?
