Reusable Blocks disappeared!

Dear Team,
I have saved some self-made blocks as reusable blocks. I have access to the collection of reusable blocks - I see them, but I cannot insert them - the option isn't visible in the drop-down menu when I am trying to insert a new block in a container, such as Headline or Paragraph. If I click on "browse all" I am also not able to find the option "insert reusable blocks".
How can I insert them?

the Theme has no control over that, its a WP core function.
Check for plugin conflicts by temporarily disabling all plugins.
Dear David, I disabled all plugins, the "reusable block"-function is still missing. Could you take a look please? I don't know what is causing the issue. Could you tell me please agfter checking? I would be very grateful for your help!

As David said, GP doesn't have control over the reusable blocks, it's a WP core feature.
If you want to debug, try disabling all plugins first.

Do you have any custom PHP code? Can you try disabling them if ever?
