Reusable blocks content not seen by google?

Hello,
I'm just wondering if content in reusable blocks is meant to be visible to google/search engines?
I'm using the Yoast FAQ block on a few pages and to save some time I made the first one a reusable block, inserted it on my other pages, and then converted those back to regular blocks so I could change the content on each page.
I was checking out my site with the rich snippet tool and none of the faqs on my home page were being seen by google. I checked my other pages that used the faqs and they were working. I realized I hadn't changed the reusable block containing the faqs on my home page back to a regular block, so I did that and checked the rich snippets tool again and they were now visible to google.
I'm just wondering if this is how the reusable blocks are supposed to work or not? Is reusable block content not meant to be seen by google or was this a glitch of sorts specific to the yoast faq schema?
I'm also now wondering about Elements too? Do elements still count as on page seo content, is their content still seen by the mighty googles?
Thank you,
Dave
Hi there,
any content, including that added by an Element will be 'seen' by Google bot.
The issue your having with the FAQ blocks sounds more likely to be the way that Yoast generates the JSON-LD schema for those blocks. It probably parses the post content looking for its blocks and then outputs the schema. But the content of a Reusable blocks isn't saved in that posts content so Yoast probably won't find it.
That makes sense. Thanks for your help.
You're welcome
