Return to the beginning -- how best to do that?

Hi,
Using GeneratePress Premium, Read template.
I've had my low-on-the-learning curve playtime and now everything is a hot mess. Two questions:
1) How do I revert back to zero, undoing all existing changes and mistakes?
2) What sequence should I follow when I go to create what I want? (I started with Customizer on this first round, but seems like I might have been better off beginning with Elements?)
If you have pages or videos on these, I'll be happy to view those.
Looking forward to being able to ask more interesting questions soon!

Are you trying to return to the fresh install state or the original Read template state?
Do you have any existing content that you'd need to keep?

I think a rollback to the fresh install state would be smart, because I've changed things here and there.
I only have test content right now. Nothing that can't be replaced quickly.
You could try a plugin like this:

Then just re-import Read if you need to.
Please do keep in mind that WP Reset will wipe everything out.
