Restore my customiser settings

My partner accidentally reset the theme today and all the progress was lost (customiser setting etc)
Can i restore generate press to a previous date so that i can restore my previous customiser settings (before the theme was reset)?
Please help me. I lost 20 days of work and settings.

speak to your hosting provider, they generally keep backups, ask them to restore the backup before the accident happened.
