Hi,

customizing a generatepress site, see private link.

When I set the option "Make first post featured" (customize->layout->blog, the penultimate option) I see in my (desktop) browser that the first post is featured, and the following posts below it are displayed in 2 columns. I like this :-)

Problem: when I look at the site with my iPad, I get everything in 2-columns, both in landscape and in portrait orientations. So no featured first article. Also when I decrease the width the desktop window, the view jumps to just two columns, no featured article. This I don't like, and I find it not quite logical to be honest...
On mobile there is only place for one column, that's fine.

Is there any way to change this behavior?

Thanks!
Carl.

Additional info: the "tablet" preview displays the same as mobile, namely only one column. (?)
I'm on WP 5.1 BTW

Carl.

Yes this worked, thanks!

in landscape now even the sidebar appears which is great!
“tablet” preview still doesn't match but I never use that anyway...

So topic solved, thanks.

Carl.

Glad I could help!
