responsive header breakpoint and primary menu

Hi, my first site with this theme and really liking it.
I am needing to initiate the mobile navigation at a different width and came across this artice:

However, i am also using the mobile header. It would make more sense for me I think to have the mobile header kick in sooner (at larger width rather than 768px).
How would I go about doing that?
