Responsive grid

Hi there!
I would like to be able to do this grid in a post that I am writing. How can I make it look like this on tablet and mobile? I have inspected the code and I think it is done with Generateblocks.

1. When the Grid block is select, set its horizontal alignment to center.
2. Select a Container nested in the Grid block, click on the tablet icon to enter tablet preview mode, set its width to 33%. Then click on the mobile icon, set its width to 33% as well. Repeat the process for each container block.
