Hello Im having the same issue as here, any idea of how I can fix this I added the code to the functions.php and had no luck. When i go in and remove the class added under advanced save and reload the page its fine until i go to edit the page again and it does the same thing

Can you try disabling perfmatters plugin and keep the classes then check again?
The issue may be related to that plugin as it modifies the default way the theme displays embedded codes.

Sorry for the late reply, I deactivated the plug-in, cleared the cache and checked and unfortunately still have the same issue. Come to think of it I noticed that before adding that plugin. For now I reactivated it, if you would like to to deactivate it again please let me know. I also tried deactivating Imagify to see if that changed anything and no luck.

The videos embeds aren't all the same size like they would usually be. I linked to a form that suggested a fix but it didn't work for me, a class keeps getting added under advanced anytime the page is edited, then I remove it and can style it via css, but when the page is viewed to edit it again those classes somehow are added again??
I see, yes, if you remove the class, it will be added again when you try to edit the page.
But if you change the class, for example from wp-embed-aspect-16-9 to wp-embed-aspect-1-1 , the class will be kept, even next time you enter the page editor.
