"Responsive" and "Advanced" tabs are missing in Container block from GenerateBlocks plugin

Both sites use GeneratePress 2.4.2, GP Premium 1.11.0-alpha.5 and GenerateBlocks 1.1.2

Those tabs are not actually from GenerateBlocks.
Perhaps it's from another plugin?
Thanks for the tip! Found that this is EditorsKit plugin. It is installed on one site, but not on the other.
