Response Headers 404

I have been working on getting my website to run faster and when doing a test on Pingdom speed tool I receive a responsive headers 404 message. It is looking for a image that isn't there. I have checked my media library and my hosting cpanel. The image is not in either. I did recently start using CloudFlare DNS but was told to reach out to my theme support. Any idea how to not have a image that's not there be looked for.
