Resize YouTube block appearance

Hey guys,
I embedded a youtube video with a youtube block.
Is there any way I can resize the image so it looks smaller?
I am providing the link in the private information section for reference.

1. Disable the alignwide option from the YouTube block:

2. Add an inner container to the current GB container that's holding the YouTube block:

How do I disable the alignwide option? Should I just delete that word from the inspector?
The option should be in the block tool bar as suggested here:
