[Support request] Reset wordpress after testing theme options

Hi, I’ve been testing out the theme options and have decided I want to build my site from scratch. Is there a quick fix to reverse the uploading of a GeneratePress theme option? Or do I need to use a plugin? Or can I manually delete this in cpanel? Could you advise what is best practice please?
