    Buenas

    Uso Generatepress varios años y cada problema que he tenido he encontrado una solucion en los foros y en pocas ocasiones he necesitado consultar, pero lo cierto es que en esta ocasion no encuentro la solucion.

    Quisiera resaltar en el menu solo la categoria principal de un post (aunque tenga varias asignadas)

    Lo mas parecido que he encontrado es este codigo (pero resalta la primera categoria, “NO la principal”)
    .main-navigation .main-nav ul li.current-post-parent ~ .current-post-parent > a {
    background-color: transparent;
    color: #fff;
    }

    alguna solucion??

    Un saludo

    Hi there,

    Any chance you can link us to the site in question?

    You can edit the original topic and use the private URL field.

    Let me know 🙂

    The URL requires username and password to view.

    Any chance you can unlock it for now?

    Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a solution to this as the WordPress menu system adds the exact same classes to both menu item as seen here:

    Gracias Leo

    Veo cual es el problema, aunque debe haber alguna solucion.

    Se puede generar una funcion que añada un estilocss a la categoria principal??

    Puedes comentarlo con Tom o David??

    Un saludo

    The theme itself doesn’t control the menu system at all.

    You can try to check with WordPress support to see if they have a solution to add a unique class to the parent category menu items. If so then we can help with styling it.

    A site like this might help for general WordPress question as well:
