Request concerning WC menu cart

I have a few requests relating to https://docs.generatepress.com/article/hide-cart-in-menu-when-empty/

1. When Ajax add to cart is disabled the 'removed_from_cart' is never triggered, so when an item is removed on the cart page, the class of the menu cart is not updated. Would you consider using the 'wc_fragments_refreshed' trigger to update the class instead of 'removed_from_cart' and 'added_to_cart'?
2. Would you consider also updating the class on $( document ).ready so that it also works for cached pages?
